Executive coaching focuses on the individual’s role, their work, performance objectives and results

My experience in the corporate and charity sector has shown that executive coaching can provide a customised approach to supporting an individual in working with the challenges of their role and improving performance, whatever the size or culture of their organisation.

Please get in touch for an introductory conversation so I can explain a little more about executive coaching and how we could work together, and you can share your thoughts on your challenges and what you would like to achieve over the next year or so.

When coaching I often share Tim Gallwey’s concept of the work triangle with clients so they become more aware of the balance needed in their lives to avoid excess stress and burnout, and achieve sustainable success.

Leadership is all about people, and good leaders can be found at any level in an organisation. Significantly, leadership is not a destination, it is a journey – and that is why it such a rewarding area to be coached in.

"Leaders become great not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others"- John Maxwell

Change is one of the only certainties in life, and coaching in change management is especially in demand post pandemic as individuals and organisations look to redefine their future. Corporate change happens as a result of personal change, so coaching is particularly important in times of transformational organisational change.

Team Management is a key skill in the workplace. Research has shown that one key reason for an individual’s decision to leave an organisation is a poor relationship with their line manager, leading to disengagement and a negative impact via loss of skills, recruiting costs and poor morale.

Career progression coaching involves supporting executives to work out how to reach their ultimate career goals quicker than they would have done so alone, helping them to establish goals in line with their values, discover solutions to challenges, develop action plans and build self-confidence so they are motivated to take action.
