Life Coaching focuses on the aspects of our lives which makes us who we are, and there is an inevitable crossover with our working life. A life coach supports an individual in areas such as Personal Growth, Purpose, Finances, Balance and Stress.

Confidence often underlies a lot of life coaching topics and is described as the ability to trust oneself and one’s capabilities of reaching a goal. It means feeling good about who you are despite external circumstances. Many of us would like to be more confident in some areas of their life and the good news is that confidence can be developed. Confidence is external and is linked with taking action and commitment – something that I can definitely support you with as your coach.

Re-invention Often people may have lost their way after children have left home or once retirement from work has taken place. I encourage clients to embrace the opportunity and see this as a time of ‘re-invention’. We talk about personal values and use the wheel of life to evaluate what is missing, discussing options and the benefits of trying out new experiences to find your new purpose.

Life Work Balance Do you ever feel like your life is running you instead of the other way round?
